Produced in the Dong Ding tea region located in Central Taiwan's Nantou County, this tea is refined using traditional oolong tea manufacturing techniques. Every single piece of flush is fermented adequately. After the tea leaves have been slightly roasted, they produce an infusion high in pectin, and exude a clear ripened fruit aroma and various tasting notes.
