Hello everyone,
I'm Andy, a tea enthusiast.
Many of us enjoy drinking tea, but if you would like to know tea more deeply, there is much more to learn beyond tasting.
The Yoshantea Cultural Foundation is launching "Tea Culture & Professional Practice: A Six-Stage Program."
Starting with tea fundamentals and an overview of the tea industry,
the program guides you step by step through Taiwan tea, tea cultivation, tea-making craftsmanship, teaware, and practical brewing,
building a solid foundation in tea studies through lectures and hands-on practice.
Stage 1 runs for three days and covers tea regions and cultivation, tea-making craftsmanship, and the use of teaware,
along with hands-on brewing of Taiwan oolong, black, and green teas.
The course concludes with a written exam and a brewing assessment, and certificates are presented at the closing ceremony.
Anyone interested in Taiwan tea, tea culture, or the tea industry is warmly welcome to join us,
start from the basics, and discover the terroir and craftsmanship behind every cup.
