    The tea was selected from Lishan tea production area at an altitude of 2300 meters and was produced in 2011. In order to keep the tea for a long time, like the traditional frozen top oolong tea production process, the degree of fermentation is improved, and then roasted to stabilize the taste of the tea. After a long period of storage, the dryness of the roasting is purified, and the tea soup has a pure and profound flavor. It is sweet and lasting. Because it is difficult to make and store tea, only 88 barrels are produced.

    2012 Aged Dong Ding Oolong Tea Nantou County, Taiwan

    The tea is selected from the frozen top tea production area of Lugu Township, Nantou County and was produced in 2012. The climate of the frozen tea production area is warm, and the rainfall is abundant. This terroir makes the tea have heavier fermentation. With proper roasting, this is the traditional tea-making process of frozen top oolong tea. Long-term storage makes the tea lose the dryness of roasting. The multi-layered and sweet taste is the characteristic of traditional frozen top oolong tea.

    老茶風味的產生,來自品種、發酵程度、茶園管理、氣候、季節等先天條件,與後天貯存環境變化有關,尤其是土壤成分的不同,造就出獨特的「山頭氣息」。老茶陳味的產生是因脂肪類物質,在貯存過程中容易氧化,成為游離脂肪酸,是主要的陳味物質之一。老茶經歲月長期自然氧化,氣味陳香或是帶有特殊香氣、入口滑順甘潤、甘甜無刺激性,久泡不澀,非常耐泡。
